Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Keyco platform, the Dub™ Ecosystem hardware, or the Pythia AI services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Keyco provides an asset intelligence and accountability solution that combines hardware tags (QR, NFC, BLE) with an AI-driven software platform to provide predictive visibility, financial integration, and chain of custody verification.

• •Pythia AI Engine: Our services include AI-driven insights, such as maintenance anticipation and anomaly detection. You acknowledge that "predictive visibility" is based on probabilistic data analysis. While we strive for high accuracy, Keyco does not guarantee that all predictions (e.g., future maintenance needs) will be 100% accurate.
• •Decision Making: You are responsible for all operational decisions made based on the insights provided by the Keyco platform.

• •Proper Use: Improper installation of Dub™ tags may result in inaccurate telemetry or loss of tracking.

If you enable integrations with third-party services (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP), you grant Keyco permission to access and exchange data with those services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the uptime or performance of third-party platforms.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including the "Dub™ Ecosystem," "Pythia AI," and our proprietary algorithms, are owned by Keyco. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription term.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of assets or data.
